Mild Steel Flat Bar Sizes: Generally available in 6.100 to 6.400 Metre lengths (in 3, 5 & 6mm thick, 4.000 Metre lengths may also be available) and in Grade 43A, however in certain sizes other Grades such as 50B may also be available.

MS Flats are generally used in Industrial gratings, various fabrication works & domestically, it is used in grills outside window. Representation of M.S. Flats is done by the Width (W) & the Thickness (T) of the Flat. For example: When we say 25 X 5 FLAT, it means Width = 25mm & Thickness = 5mm

Flats are an extruded bar product that are very versatile and have a wide range of applications. Flat bar is widely used for all types of fabrication projects where lightweight and corrosion resistance is a concern. Decarb free tool steel and alloy bar stock from 1/2" to 12" thick in standard sizes.
